PITTSBURGH -- The parents of a young man killed in a condo fire at Seven Springs file a lawsuit.

Thomas and Mary Lou Murt are suing the condo's owner, the condo association and a few others.

They claim their son's friends stoked the fire in the fireplace during a weekend ski trip last January.

The smoke and flames allegedly started after they fell asleep. The other defendants are accused of failing to properly maintain the fireplace.

Jonathan Murt, 22, died trying to save his girlfriend, 26 year-old Sasha Zuro.

Investigators found Zuro's body in a bedroom and Murt's body the hallway leading to the bedroom.

The coroner said the two died from asphyxiation due to smoke inhalation.
